Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and ship via USPS from Portland, Oregon.
Domestic shipping (US Orders)
Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $56.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic — 3 to 7 business days
International — 7 to 21 business days

Returns
We want you to love your Mulberry Kids deck. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase required
To start a return, contact us at hello@mulberrykids.co with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right immediately.
